With over 20 years' experience of making planning applications we have come to recognise the inner workings of local authorities and have helped many individuals successfully fight their cases. The method of written statements is our preferred route.

We do not undertake public enquiries.

Davenport and Flinn have a considerable depth of knowledge of planning matters and a wide range of specialist contacts who can assist with advice if required. The fee charged for this type of work is based on the time involved.

However, if permitted to know the outline of the case, the Practice is prepared to put a lump sum fee forward for consideration. All disbursements are additional.
